Memorial Lake State Park: Memorial Lake is located approximately 12 miles from Twin Grove Park, in the Fort Indiantown Gap area. Recreational opportunities at Memorial Lake include boating (non-powered boats or boats with electric motors only), fishing, hiking, picnicking, cross-country skiing or ice fishing.

Hersheypark: Hersheypark is located approximately 30 minutes west of Twin Grove. Amusement rides, Hershey's Chocolate World and Hershey Outlet Center.

Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetary: Also located in the Fort Indiantown Gap area.

Sweet Arrow Lake: Sweet Arrow Lake is located approximately ten miles from Twin Grove Park. Boating (electric motors only), fishing and picnicking are among the recreational activities at this lake.

Rausch Creek MX Park: Rausch Creek is approximately 12 miles from Twin Grove Park. There are many practice tracks to choose from beginning and novice all the way to expert. Four-wheeler and motorcycle rentals are available for a fee.

Sleepy Hollow Race Track: Sleepy Hollow motorcycle racetrack is located 13 miles from Twin Grove Park.

Cabela’s Outfitters: Cabela’s is located approximately 40 minutes from the campground in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. Not only do they sell hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor gear, but they also have amazing animal displays and a walk-through aquarium. Take the kids - it’s a great store for the whole family.

Twin Grove is also within an hour or less drive from Lancaster's Pennsylvania Dutch Country, Roots Farmer's Market, Gettysburg Historic Battlefield and National Park, Knoebel's Amusement Park, and Harrisburg City Island - home of the Harrisburg Senators minor league baseball team.
